This well presented detached house is situated about five minutes from team valley retail park. It is on the outskirts of Chester-le-street/Gateshead and about fifteen minutes from Durham and Newcastle city centres. Very easy to commute.
I currently have two rooms available, one single - 230pcm, and one double - 280pcm. The rest of the house is available to use with a large lounge and kitchen dinner. There is a rear garden with patio area, a garage and long drive to the side of the house. All bills except phone use are included. Viewing is essential.
