3 lads currently moving out of our flat in centre, moving into heaton on rothbury terrace next week. Its a 5 bed so we have two rooms spare, require 1 or maybe two flatmates who are out-going.

we're clean tidy and the flat with have a 42inch tv in livin room provided, very spacious and newly refurbished house.
