Salary up to £23,000 pa + Monthly & Quarterly OTE

We have a fantastic position for a Qualified Nurse to join our recruitment team in Newcastle. This exciting opportunity will involve managing the Nursing desk for temporary and permanent candidates within public and private organisations.

This dynamic position will incorporate sales, business development and compliance.

For this position you will be –

• Cold calling clients and candidates
• Documenting client details and vacancy requirements.
• Attending recruitment fairs and other exhibitions or business events, to expand the client business development and candidate database.
• Preparing advertisements to attract new applicants for your vacancies.
• Identifying clients and candidates objections and effectively meeting them.

The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse, with NMC registration and willing to start a new role as soon as possible. Please note that previous recruitment experience is not essential, as training will be provided for the successful applicant.
