I'm looking for sub-let my room for the summer months July and August.

The house is literally 2 minutes from West Jesmond metro, so is a great location to get in to town and for Osbourne Road. Tesco is just around the corner as well.

The house is a 6 bed maisonette and was refurbished just before I moved in so there are 2 new bathrooms, a new kitchen, new carpets throughout and new sofas..
