Basketball: Ladies local league

Hi!

Anyone know any good ladies (i.e. not U18's!) local league basketball clubs around Quayside, Gateshead, Uni area? Just moved up here and used to play but all I can find is Team Northumbria (I'm not a student) and Eagles (I'm not Div 1 standard!)

Any info would be much appreciated!
