Double room free in a four bedroom house in Sandyford with two easy-going graduates. Room available until September.

The house is brilliantly located ten minutes walk from town and about fifteen minutes away from the bars in Jesmond. The room is a generous size with all the trimmings- wardrobe, double bed, desk, chest of drawers. The house has two bathrooms and is currently occupied by two people one male and one female.

The room is available from now until September but we are flexible about the length of stay within that period.
