We are looking to recruit dynamic individuals who will hit the ground running and kick start a new broadband campaign within the existing contact centre

Main duties will be taking incoming calls from customers who require technical support; you will also be responsible for providing trouble-shooting solutions.

All candidates must have a basic knowledge of Mac and Linux operating systems, experience in working with CRMS and have the ability to identify problems and provide solutions.

All applicants must be customer focused with outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.

3 weeks of training is provided, with a pay rate of £5.80phr
After graduating from training the pay rate will increase to £6.50phr
Staff incentives and bonus’s will apply

During training, hours of work will be 9.00am – 5.00pm
On completion of training,
Shifts Monday –Thurs 10.00- 8.00pm
Friday – Sunday 11.00am –9.00pm based on a 37.5hr week.
This role is 8 week temporary then permanent
