The Role:

My Client is seeking for an energetic and innovative planner who can assist with the design and delivery of Company's solution oriented service to existing and new clients. You will work on the preparation of planning applications and appeals, site appraisals, planning strategies and development plan representations, also on providing advice and guidance to clients throughout all stages of the planning process.

The Person:

Ideally you will be MRTPI qualified or working towards this status, you will have experience of planning application formulation, EIA's and site appraisals. Development control experience would be useful but is not essential. An understanding of Local Development Frameworks and Development Plan preparation would be an advantage.
Ideal candidate will also need to demonstrate excellent communication, written and analytical skills.
