French with German Speaker for Payroll Service

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

Job Type: Permanent, ongoing.

Salary: £16,575 excellent relocation package, flight & accommodation.

Our client IBM Newcastle delivers outsourced HR/ Employee services to their prestige client across Europe Middle East & Africa (EMEA). IBM are looking for a German Payroll Service Owner to join their large payroll team based within their Employee Shared Service Centre.
Role
As part of a large team of service owners, you will:
* Ensure accurate and timely payment of client employee’s salaries
* Deliver excellent customer service
* Continually look for ways to improve processes
* Manage workloads to strict deadlines
* Master the use of the Payroll HR database – SAP.

Ideal Person
The right candidate will have previous experience of working in either a payroll or finance background or be able to demonstrate a strong ability to work with numbers and spreadsheets. They will be a competent problem solver who thrives on looking for new ways to improve processes.
Must have fluent German Language skills both written and spoken.
