On the 20th April we need to rent an area for a promotion before the Newcastle United match.

Then on the 26th April we need the same type of area for a promo before a Sunderland match.

The site must be:
-on a thoroughfare as close as possible to St James Park / Stadium of Light (we're trying to catch fans approaching the stadiums before kickoff)
-large enough for a van and two 3x3metre tents

We'll be using the area as a cooking base to hand out free food as part of a promotion.

We're offering £500 for the site rental and £150 finders fee if it's not your own site. Both fees are only payable should the site meet our requirements.
