We have a 3 bedroom house in Whitehaven Cumbria and we are wanting to relocate to Newcastle/County Durham/Blackpool areas, but we will consider any area we have two large bedrooms and one small bedroom, separate toilet and bathroom, the property has recently been rewired, recently decoarted throughout except for the living room/dining room, a new combi boiler has been installed and an anti condensation machine was fitted into the loft, newly fitted bathroom suite and kitchen, large gardens to the front and rear and patio area on the side of the house. Secure shed attached to the house, each room in the house has a storage cupboard. We are a 20 min walk from the town centre or 2-3 in the car, and there is also a bus route 2 mins from the house, close to schools, hospital and main supermarkets.
