The key duties for this position are:

Take the lead in the forecasting of results for the division to ensure accuracy in budgets and forecasts. This includes annual budget and three quarterly re-forecasts. 

Liaise with business unit leaders within the division to understand current future business performance including key drivers, key trends & contract dynamics.

Support Divisional Business Development Director in delivering Strategy and budget plans through pro-active analysis of market trends, pro-active support to both the sales and marketing teams.

Pre and post analysis for all divisional business development activities. This will include the development of a business development/assessment model.

Responsible for the review/preparation of internal business cases for capital/other projects and make recommendations to the MS Operating Board.

The successful candidate will be: 

· A qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) with proven analytical capabilities.

· You must possess clear commercial acumen and have the ability to challenge and influence senior management. 

· Proven ability to work to strict deadlines and in a fast paced, pressurised environment.

· Self starter with ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Ability to build, develop and maintain excellent internal and external client relationships.
