The house is just off Stanhope Street in Arthur's Hill, and really close to Newcastle's best fruit and veg shop (Hutchinson's), best Asian restaurant (Komal) and top takeaway (Brighton). It's ten mins stroll to town/uni/college or catch the bus, which stops almost outside the house.
£200 deposit required, lodged with the Deposit Protection Service.
