I have a nice house on Denmark Street which is located 5 minutes from Gateshead centre. Very big house with large front room kitchen and dinning room and also has 3 bathrooms. In the house i 2 bedrooms to rent to let one a large sized double and the other a nice size single. All bills are included in the rent so no issues with splitting the bills. The house also has wifi and i send a cleaner every week to clean the communal areas. Really nice house and house mates and well worth a look if you are looking in this area.
