We are looking for a dynamic couple with proven experience to help manage our 27-bedroom hotel on the beautiful North Northumberland coast.
One of you must be a chef (up to chef de partie level atleast) and the other candidate should be experienced front of house.
You will be working alongside the hotel owners, the head chef and the assistant hotel manager in all areas of daily operation. This is a great lifestyle opportunity and you will be joining a strong team who enjoy their jobs.
You will work 40-50 hours per week over 5 days.
You will be happy to commit until end of November 08 (permanent position available next season to the right candidates)
£12,000 basic per person + substantial end of season bonus
