Spare room for rent in my recording studio in Carliol Square, Newcastle. Think it's about 130 sq ft. At the moment the room is in a bit of a state but will be furnished to the needs of the tenant. If you're an artist who might be making a mess and don't mind the room not being super plush you might be able to get the room slightly cheaper but if you want a newly painted and plastered room for use as an office then rent may be slightly more to reflect the cost of doing the work.
Rent will include all bills (unless you have a million power hungry pc's running all day everyday!) except internet.
My business is as a recording studio so whoever takes the room cannot make loads of noise in the day but a little bit is fine. After about 6pm you can usually make as much noise as you want though. On the flip side though if somebody needs a totally silent room this may not be the place for you! Give me a call if you're not quite sure.
Lastly, it's up a few flights of stairs, it's got 24 hr access,there's a service lift and the room has natural daylight with a view straight up Carliol St/John Dobson St.
