We are looking for a number of dynamic, energetic and highly motivated individuals who can “hit the ground running” for a leading organisation in Newcastle City Centre

The right candidate must be fully computer literate, and have demonstrated skills in a customer focused environment.

Main duties and responsibilities are to provide outstanding customer service, interact with personnel at all levels, operate computerised systems and provide technical support in professional and effective manner. The main purpose of this role is to trouble shoot and resolve technical problems.

Essential requirements are 6 months experience of dealing with public enquires, and effective communication skills. Proven experience providing technical support

Shifts will be varied to support the needs of the business usually 13.00 – 10.00, 5 days out of seven, however all applicants must be flexible, £6.50 phr
