I am a 31 year old, non smoking, professional female. I currently live with my sister but she is moving out. The house is a gorgeous 4-bed Victorian Town House in a lovely part of North Shields, just 2 mins from the bus and a 5-10 minute walk to the metro. The house has been symapthetically fitted out to a high standard with original features and original wooden flooring throughout. Downstairs the tennant would have access to the kitchen, dining and living room. There is a lovely garden to the rear and parking is on the street at the front. The bedroom is a good size and is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers/dresser. I would be looking for £420 per calendar month which includes gas, electric, water, council tax and internet. All you would have to pay for would be food and phone.

I am looking for an non-smoking, easy going, professional who will respect the house and who is prepared to clean up after themselves.
