We are a professional couple with a young child looking for a flat/house close to the Newcastle University. Our budget is around £750 (including council tax and other fees). The location is very important to us. We would like to be close to local amenities and the University and city centre should be in walking distance (20 mins max). We are seeking to move in between mid December- and the beginning of January.
