You will be required to develop and maintain an established and profitable Education recruitment desk through client generation and service of new and existing schools and surrounding LEA's by means of telephone calls and school visits.

You will have the flexibility for managing recruitment related activity to maximise performance and meet and exceed individual and branch targets with the help and support of the branch manager.

As a Education Recruitment Consultant you will convey a professional and efficient service to clients and candidates whilst adhering strictly to compliance.

You will be based in a prestigious office in the town centre. The right candidate will also have opportunity to win generous individual and branch prizes during focused sales campaigns not to mention uncapped commission.

All applicants must have

*At least 1 years Education Recruitment Experience

*Excellent telephone manner - clear, concise and articulate

*Lateral thinker, problem solver and able to work on own initiative, independently and very much as part of a team

*Customer focused, willing to go 'the extra mile' to achieve results

*PC literate - including working knowledge of Word, Excel, and recruitment software/databases

*Highly organised and able to manage time effectively

*Able to work positively under pressure and support those around them
