As part of Recruitment, the FTSE 250 Company Hays Social Care is currently looking for a consultant to develop the already established desk in the Newcastle office. The Social Care division of Hays is a dynamic and rapidly expanding area of the business. This expansion means we are looking for successful recruiters to continue the success and take the division to the next level.

Hays Social Care is the UK's leading recruitment consultancy specialising in security cleared jobs for social work professionals and social care staff, along side the wide variety of ad hoc cleared jobs that come into our regional offices on a daily basis, Hays Social Care has successfully tendered for numerous preferred supplier contracts and local framework agreements.

You will be fully supported within your role and will receive the appropriate training for you to excel. You will be driven and forward thinking, respond positively to sales targets, have the ability to work as part of a team. You will have a positive, professional approach to work and tasks with a strong work ethic. Additionally, applicants must possess excellent communication, customer care and IT skills.
