Toby Carvery Washington is a very busy well established Carvery Restaurant. This would be a fantastic opportunity for a team leader or supervisor who is ready for their first Assistant Manager appointment. Like wise if you are a current Assistant Manager and are keen to develop your skills and become a future Manager we would like to hear from you. The successful candidate will be passionate about standards and service and will have previous experience working in a food led business with responsibility for managing a team of people.

As an Assistant Manager in Toby you will be part of a ‘hands on team'. You will have a specific role in managing and driving businesses forward which regularly take in excess of £2 million.

We have a proven track record of developing and promoting our assistants into their own businesses. Over 50% of our restaurants are managed by former second line managers.
