Recruitment Consultant – Nursing

Salary from £17,000 - £21,400 + Monthly & Quarterly OTE
Newcastle

We are looking to recruit a money motivated consultant to join our expanding Newcastle team to work within the Nursing sector. You will either be a recruitment consultant or a candidate with telephone or field sales experience. In addition you will need strong interpersonal skills and the determination to succeed in a rewarding environment

Responsibilities:

• Winning new business and managing key accounts
• Understanding clients & candidates requirements and maximising these opportunities
• Attending recruitment exhibitions & business events to expand your network
• Designing advertisements to attract job seekers

Skills and Personal specification:

• Proven sales ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Posses strong time management and organisation skills
• Ability to deliver against tight deadlines
• High self-motivation and ability to work well as part of a team
• An understanding of the recruitment industry is not essential, but desirable
• The desire and drive to succeed.

There is no threshold for the first six months on commission after which you will be able to make monthly and quarterly commission.
