I have a 2 bedroomed house in Blucher near throckley and lemington. Really quiet and friendly village. Double glazed and gch. Has small kitchen and large living room with 2 beds and a bathroom.Moderniasiation work starting at the end of this year(new heating and fire, bathrooms and kitchens) Small front garden and large back yard. I am wanting a 2 0r 3 bedroomed house in throckley / will consider other areas ie Westerhope,Lemington,Newburn.. My property is home group limited and has been decorated in last few months. I am willing to do 3 way swaps . I need a house no flats as i have a dog Thanks .
