My 2 bed flat is available to rent from the 1st august 2009. It has lovely original wooden floors in the hall, 2nd bedroom and living room. A recently decorated bathroom, a good size kitchen, and an absolutely huge main bedroom! There is a lovely (but easily maintained) garden at the back.

It comes fully furnished (including kitchen electrical items and TV), with plenty of shelf space. At the moment the 2nd bedroom is used as an office, but this room easily takes a double bed and can be changed back at any time.

There is a sky dish already attached to the property, and I have provided a freesat box for those who don't want to sign a contract with SKY. BT lines are already in place. Water rates are included in the rent, but other bills are the tenants responsibility.
