£19,000- £24,000 + TRAINING + BENEFITS
A well respected Healthcare Company are currently recruiting for a NVQ Assessor and Trainer to train and assess candidates working in residential Care Homes in the Sunderland area.

The role:
* Managing a case load of candidates studying for NVQ Health and Social Care up to level 4.
* Assisting in delivering and developing training programmes for care staff.
* Excellent progression opportunities- post is available because of internal promotion.
* Flexibility to travel essential.
The Person
* Are educated to a minimum of level 4 in Health and Social Care
* Have an background in Residential Care
* Have the A1 assessor award (or equivalent)
* Have experience of training/assessing (desirable)
* A CIEH Trainers qualification (desirable)
