The property is on a quiet road in Heaton, near both Newcastle and Northumbria Universities. There is free parking available on the street without a permit.

There are 2 rooms available, both are of a similar size, and come furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk etc. The kitchen has been recently refurbished and the property has had new carpets throughout. Its really quite a decent flat!

Unfortunately the two others who signed for this property are wanting to drop out of the contract, so I'm looking for two new people to move in with me! The keys can be collected from the 2nd September and the tenancy agreement is for 1 year. This isn't just limited to students, anyone is welcome, but will obviously have to pay council tax of around £980 p.a. making rent approx. £74 p.w.

I've lived in a shared housees for the last 3 years, including over the summers when I have been on work placements. I like to think I'm pretty laid back and can get along with most people. I enjoy outdoor activities such as walking, horseriding and attempting to learn to surf. Also going to gigs,socialising, music, art and reading.

All I ask is thet you are fairly tidy and respect the fact I'll be in my final year.
