The room is only £220.00 a month and is inclusive of ALL bills (including council tax). A £200.00 damage bond is also required.

The house is located on a quiet street in Springwell Village. Their is plenty of off street parking. for up to 4 cars. Excellent transport links to Newcastle and Sunderland.

The X1, X2 and Fab 56 buses run every 15 minutes (we are a two minute walk to the bus stop). There is a weekend night bus from Newcastle that you can hop on until 3:15pm, saves on the taxi fares!.

The room is fully furnished and has just been decorated (as has the whole house).

You will be sharing with Karl (24) and Thomas (25) who are both young professionals. Very easy going and up for a laugh. We are looking for similar, someone who enjoys life, socialising as well as a bit of the quiet life (DVD and bottle of wine).

There is Wi-Fi throughout the house. Living room has freeview, TV, DVD player and CD player.

Fully intergrated appliances in the kitchen, includes washer, drier, fridge, freezer, microwave, iron...............you get the gist. These are all for use by all housemates.
