I am moving out of the property so my room is available until the contract ends at the end of August 2010.

The room is a small double with a double bed, wardrobe, shelves and drawers. The flat is ground floor with 2 bedrooms and is located on Warton Terrace, just off Chillingham road; close to all local amenities. The flat is fully furnished with fridge, freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, shower etc. Rent does not include bills. There is no deposit required and no agency fees.

The person in the other room is a 21 year old professional female, she would like to share the flat with another professional female, although age is not particularly important. She has a rabbit that lives in a cage in the living room, if this is a problem it is no problem for her to move it into her bedroom.
