If any reliable, committed bands out there need a regular place to rehearse, we’ve got a space in our room. It's big and dry and inspiring and sounds brilliant - good enough to record in (we have). There's a security guard on site, and enough space in the room for three bands to have gear permanently set up around the edges of the room and still leave a big space in the middle. You'd have to split the available evenings and weekends with us and the other band that shares the room, but that still leaves you with potentially dozens of hours a week for the price of one three-hour session at Polestar or First Avenue.
