We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Commis Chef to join this award winning four star hotel and aa rosette recognised restaurant.The ideal Commis Chef will have at least 1 years experience within a professional kitchen ideally at rosette standard. As a Commis Chef you will be given the opportunity to work with fresh seasonal food and be trained on all sections of the kitchen with the view to being trained up to a demi chef de partie role with 6-8 months in a quality focused environment.
Job Description
* Work with the team to produce a high standard of food.
* Be prepared and organised for each service worked.
* Consistently maintain high levels of health and hygiene.
