- CeMAP qualifications, with strong leadership experience and proven sales management ability in a regulated sales environment
- Expert, up-to-date technical knowledge of the regulated financial services and banking industries and a good working knowledge of the mortgage market and customer trends that affect this business area
- Proven track record in achieving results and meeting sales targets
- The ability to continuously coach and motivate your team
- The ability to effectively put a sales strategy into practice
- Excellent commercial acumen and relationship-building skills
- Good knowledge of external competitor activity
