Our client is seeking an experienced Head Chef to head their brigade in this superb country house in Northumberland.
Responsible for the restaurant, banqueting and busy wedding trade, you will:

- have Head Chef experience at 2 AA rosette level in a similar establishment,
- have excellent management and training skills,
- be a hand-on Head chef
- be able to demonstrate training abilities and financial knowledge
