Our client is a leading email communications expert, providing on demand email and mobile technology to leading businesses around the UK.
They are looking to recruit two recent graduates as Client Support Executives, contributing to the company's continued success within the Client Support Team.
The winning candidates will be highly motivated, proactive, confident, have a professional attitude, and a strong interest in both Customer Service and Developing Technolgies. Key attributes required are:
- A degree
- Excellent attitude to customer support
- The ability to work positively either within a team or on your own
- Fantastic problem solving skills
- Keen interest or knowledge of the digital or direct marketing industry.
The typical duties of a Client Support Executive would include;
- Ensuring all calls/emails to the Support Desk are logged accurately
- Providing advice and guidance on how to resolve queries from clients, Account Managers and the Sales Team
- Responding to all client calls and emails in a timely manner
- Liaising with other departments when necessary
- Training new members of the Client Support Team as and when required
- Working with the Product Devlopment Team in testing and releasing new product features and ensuring that these are communicated to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Production of ad-hoc reports for line manager and clients
- Undertaking of additional duties as requested by the Support Desk Manager
