The room available is a really really good size for the price. Its double glazed so it's never cold. It comes with a double bed, wardrobe and desk

It is a great house, close to the city centre on the edge of fenham. There are 5 other people living in the house, a mix of students and young professionals. All are lovely, friendly people.

The kitchen is a very good size, with lots of cupboard space. A washing machine and 2 fridge freezers.

The living room has a tv and 2 leather sofas

All bills are included in the price per month, this includes internet and the house also benfits from a cleaner.

There is free on street parking available.

There are good bus links into the city centre, but it is only a 20 minute walk. Lots of shops and supermarkets close by.
