I have a lease that I am looking for someone to take on for an old Post office in a prominent location on the corner of a busy high street. This premises would be ideal for a Hairdressers/Tanning shop or a card shop.

I do not want any premium for the lease and am happy to sign this across to any interested parties. The only thing that I will expect you to pay is my legal fees (Approxiamtely £500)
