Honest, Trustworthy, Hard Working All Rounder

I am a 47yr old male looking for a position in the Hotel & Catering trade. I have 27yrs experience in the Hotel & Catering trade ranging from kitchen porter to assistant manager. I have trained as a Farmhouse chef, Barman/Cellarman. My positions in the past have led me from one end of the country to the other, working in such places like Royal Ascot, Epsom Derby, Grand National, Millenium Stadium, N.E.C and Silverstone, I have been in positions of Management, Assistant Management, and Partner of a 23 Bedroom En-Suite Hotel, of which we appeard on ( Wish You Were Here) for the food and hospitality. My family and i have moved from Tamworth in Staffordshire due to most of the places closing down ready for a new build and i have found it hard to secure employment. We now reside in Whitley Bay with our five children. and are hoping things will improve not only for myself and employment but a better way of life.
