Is there anyone out there who has a house to rent for a working couple and their grown up son? Ideally we would like 2 reception rooms and a large kitchen. We would also prefer a garden as opposed to a yard. Not afraid of some decorating etc and also must have a shower. We can supply good references and working details etc but WOULD NOT be interested in an agency letting as we have had bad experiences with two so far We are also not afraid to move a little further out of town for the right property.
