Working for the UK’s leading outsourced contact centre provider, have exciting vacancies for enthusiastic and capable customer support agents. Working on behalf of our client, a leading IT and Software provider, you will be required to answer customers queries over the telephone, and provide a very high level of service whilst doing so. Technical knowledge is an advantage in this position, but customer service skills are absolutely essential.

Hours: 40 hours per week (8am-8pm Monday-Saturday, 10am-6pm Sundays: this is a guideline for hours that the project is open, and you should be flexible to work between these)

The Customer Care Agent Role:
• Answering the customers technical inbound calls, discussing them with the customer, and resolving these issues to a high level of customer satisfaction.
• To be able to advise the customers of upcoming, or current, products released by our client to see if they would be of interest to the customer.
• To be able to complete all necessary administration tasks to a high standard, and ensure that these meet the project requirements.
• To be able to record in detail the calls taken from the customers, and highlight any serious issues within these calls to your manager.
• To be a productive, co-operative, and efficient member of your team.

Preferred Experience:
• Good general knowledge of the IT market and current products
• Technical, or trouble shooting, experience within customer service

Skills/Personal Attributes:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual
• An ability to work under pressure and show resilience in a pressurised situation.
• Ability to work under pressure and without direct supervision.
• Good social skills, team player and ability to communicate at all levels.
• An ability to prioritise a workload whilst meeting operational requirements.
• Good PC skills, with the ability to use and interpret spreadsheets
