Bar/Venue Manager

My Client is a leading leisure operator, supplying entertainment through Snooker and Pool Venues. As a business they are ever growing in size and now have venues based all over the UK. As Venue Manager you will be fully responsible for the daily operations, you will be fully P&L responsible and have the chance to use promotions to entice visitors. On site you will have a large variety of Pool and Snooker tables along with a range of slot machines. With this variety on site you will require a varied knowledge in the hospitality industry and be experienced in Wet and Dry led environments.

This position will require the right candidate to have experience in branded organisations, bringing with them the high level of training expected from a high profile company. With the recent changes within the late night and drinking venues you should be keen to embrace the upcoming changes and potential of the market.

The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, staffing issues, rota's, following KPI's and understand how to control shrinkage. The variety of entertainment will ideally have a lively passionate manager at the helm.
