Hi there,
My name's Patsy, i'm desperatley seeking a flat in the Gateshead/Newcastle area. I'm a very respectful tenant and am looking for a long term let. I have the first months rent ready but due to recent healthcare costs i don't have the deposit ready quite yet. I would be willing to add a little onto the rent or would gladly pay it at a later date. I can get excellent references and guarentors if needed.
