I am offering a room in a 2 level house with garden. Room has view to the garden and a big closet. Bed is included (queen size) and also a chest of drawers and also carpet plus blinds.

House is full furnished in modern style. Kitchen and livingroom are downstairs. 2 bedroom plus bathroom are upstairs. Loft and shed are also available.
Livingroom is quite big and has a huge leather couch to relax and to watch tv. Sky plus box is also available. Theres also a tv in kitchen. Sorry but theres no dishwasher. Downstairs is hard floor. Upstairs only carpet, besides bathroom. Bathroom has a bathtub, but you can also use it as shower.
Computer access is also available and free talks to serval countries.

Smokers are allowed, but have to smoke in the garden. No cats and dogs!

House is in a real quiet neigbourhood, but also close to town. Bus station is less than a minute away. Metro stations are less than 5 minutes. Lots of shops (supermarkets, clothing stores, electric shops, tool market .....) and bars are in this era. Airport is not too far away (2 stations), but you cant hear any noises.
