As a result, we are now looking for a Junior Sous to work in this busy kitchen. This quickly growing brand is a really great start for an experienced CDP or Junior Sous who is wanting progression and success with this fantastic company.

Job Description
*Assisting the brigade with all general duties
*Preparing fresh meals
*Dealing with volume orders and large conferences

Required Experience
*Two years experience in branded restaurants or hotels at minimum CDP level
*Experience in volume banqueting experience
*Fresh food cooking is desirable

Salary and Benefits
The starting salary for this role is £16000 and includes all of the usual company perks.
