Our client is seeking a AA rosetted Chef De Partie to join their brigade in this renowned Northumberland country house.

As Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef with maintaining and building upon the already acquired accolades, keeping the standard of food to an exceptional level, and taking responsibility for the day to day running and training of the kitchen brigade.

You will:
Be from a minimum of an AA Rosette background
Have a minimum of 2 years experience at Chef De Partie level
Have a proven stable background in accoladed establishments.
