Junior Sous Chef Pastry Required
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie in Pastry looking for progression to Junior Sous Level or a Junior Sous in Pastry looking for a move.
Job Description
You will be required to work in this Michelin Star, 3AA Rosette kitchen alongside a new and enthusiastic kitchen team working with the Sous and Head Chef to take this kitchen to the next level.
Required Experience
You will need to have a solid work history in a Rosetted Environment ideally with Michelin experience although this is not essential. Ideally you will be an experienced Chef de Partie with fantastic Pastry skills or a Junior Sous in Pastry looking for a new and exciting challenge.
Salary and Benefits
A competitive salary of up to £18000 per year is being offered for the right candidate. Live in is also available at a small cost.
