Hi all,
We currently are searching for a new flatmate to take up residence in our lovely Tyneside Flat in Heaton (Rokeby Terrace - 2 mins for Chillingham Road).

This double room is available in a smart, fully fitted 3 bedroom flat to share with 2 x mid 20 female flatmatesis available from 1st July 2009 for a very reasonable price of £265pcm + bills (usually £350 total pcm).
The tenancy is for 12 months and the landlord is fantastic - even comes out to change lightbulbs!

The flat comes equipped with dishwasher and all mod cons in the kitchen, widescreen wall-mounted TV and bathroom has both bath and shower.

Each room has desk, drawers, bed and walk in wardrobe.

Ideal housemate would be young professional, non-smoker however we do have a back yard which is often used as smokers' corner!
