Candidates will be expected to deal directly with clients and their target market on a regular basis as prospecting for new customers is involved in the initial stage. Therefore, strong communication skills and willingness to learn are a must! Product knowledge is provided during client workshops and techniques for dealing with customers, clients, and situations are practiced on a regular basis.

Our clients deserve the best representation possible which is why we guide all new starts through a structured development cycle and may have potential candidates spend a full day with an experienced client representative before making any final decisions.
