I'd like to rent a double bedroom in a flat/house, please!

I'm a 26 year old male and a recent Northumbria University graduate.

I don't have any demands, although I do care about the environment and would appreciate it if you recycled. If not, I will help you to start doing the right thing :)

I don't have a definitive move-in date at present - probably either end of june or july.
