I am looking for a 3 bedroom house in either Wallsend/Forest Hall or Longbenton in exchange for a 2 bedroom house in Elton st west Wallsend. My house is situated very close to shops and public transport. All the rooms in the house are large and has a good size backgarden . Will need a small amount of decorating but the house has huge potential. I am not concerned about the state of the house i will be moving to as i would be decorating anyway. The house is rented from North Tyneside Council.
