2 double bedroom flat on Etal Park Estate (Ne5) Wanted 2 3 house in surrounding areas

I currently live in a large flat with 2 large double bedroms. The flat is located on the first floor, although it does have it's own enterance. The flat has recently been re-wired, fitted with a combi boiler and double glazing windows and door.

The house is decorated to a modern standard with lots of storage. The flat has a small garden at the front, which is maintained by the council. There is street parking close to the flat.

There is a local shop, hairdressers and takeaway within around 100 metres of the flat. There are several bus stops within walking distance which go to the centre of Newcatle and the Metrocentre. There is also a free bus to Kingston Park Tesco, also within around 100m of the flat.

It is situated a lovely quiet area and in the 4 years I have lived in the property I have not heard of any problems in the area..

I am looking to swap for a 2/3 bedroom house. The house must have a garden and parking close to the property. I am looking for a house in the Etal Park estate, Westerhope, Montagu and Gosforth area.
